What counts as a download?
Each piece of stationery you finish for a case — a prayer card, a folder, a register book. It counts once: download it 100 times, or let the family change their mind ten times, and it's still one download.
What happens if we outgrow our plan?
Nothing stops. We let you know as you get close to your plan's yearly allowance, and move you up to the next plan when you reach it. That's why everyone can start at $40 a month and grow into their volume.
Why is the allowance yearly if we pay monthly?
Because funeral homes have busy months and slow months. A yearly allowance lets them balance out, so a busy month never costs you extra.
Can we change plans?
Yes. Move up any time from Billing in Sunset. Moving down takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly, there's a free trial to try everything first, and there's no contract.
How many administrators are included?
Every plan includes two Primary Contacts — the administrators of your account, with full access to settings and billing. A third is $100 a month. Everyone else on your team can be added with the roles they need.
We're a group with several locations. How does that work?
All your locations can share one plan and one yearly allowance, each with its own logo and branding. For a large group or an enterprise setup, call us and we'll build it with you.
